2. Tips for recruitment
(1). 2 weeks after submission of resume, if you still do not receive a notice for interview, it means the applied position is not suitable for you. But your information will be put into our HR database.
(2). 2 weeks after initial interview, if you still do not receive a notice for the second interview, it means that you fail the first one. And 2 weeks after the second interview, if you still do not receive notice of employment, it means that you do not pass it. But still, your information will be put into our HR database.
(3). Those whose resumes are in our HR database, will be given priority if there is any vacancy in our company.
(4). Please bring with you relative certificates and documents, when you come for an interview.
(5). Please keep your mobile phone or other ways of contact available after the submission of resume.
(III) Career Planning

Employees can choose either career path that we map out for them as follows:

Management career path: ordinary staff -> excellent employee -> junior director -> medium-level manager -> senior manager.
Career path technique-wise: technician -> assistant engineer -> engineer -> assistant engineering director -> engineering director.
