| Firstly, we want to extend our sincere appreciation of your great support to our company. |

| In respect that Cadmium and its compounds in electrical contacts are exempted by RoHS (for more details, please refer to COMMISSION DECISION of 21 October 2005£¬Directive 2005/747/EC), that means cadmium-contained products are also RoHS compliant. Based on this change, we will make following changes in packaging: use RoHS compliant label ¡°Ro¡± (same as the one for 555 products) on the inner boxes, middle boxes and mask boxes of 551 products. |
