| |
We use suffix 551 and 555 to distinguish RoHS compliant products from lead-contained product.
Please add suffix 551 in ordering sign for RoHS compliant product with cadmium-contained contact;
Please add suffix 555 in ordering sign for RoHS compliant products without cadmium-contained contact.

| According with RoHS requirements on packaging of environmental products, we will use RoHS compliant label ¡°Ro¡± on the inner boxes, middle boxes and mask boxes of the RoHS compliant products. Label shown as following: |

| 3. Recommended Soldering Temperature of Environmental Products

| Materials£ºUnless otherwise specified, all lead free solders we used are SnAg3.5 solders, PCB terminals dipped in solder are suitable for all standard soldering procedures of lead-contained solders or lead free solders. |

| Soldering Parameters: |
| |
(1) Wave soldering Recommended soldering temperature£º240¡æ¡«260¡æ£¬5 second£¬the best soldering temperature 250¡æ.
Regarding other soldering temperature and time (reduce the soldering time when using higher soldering temperature), please contact our technical service department or confirm the soldering quality).

| (2)Manual soldering :Recommended soldering temperature is 300¡æ-350¡æ,soldering time within 2 second. |
| |
| (3) Cooling :The heat of the relays caused by soldering procedure can be released by cooling at the end of the procedure, so please don¡¯t change the temperature suddenly, especially avoiding cold shock of the heated relays. |
